The first two are prepared the same careful way. The price difference is the license, not the effort we put in.
The third one is a different thing. It is not an application. It is the one page the state uses to put your name in the yearly drawing for a quota license, and it is priced lower because it is a smaller job. Read how the quota drawing works before you buy it.

What the state charges
The state charges its own yearly fee. That is not part of our price. You pay it straight to the government, not to us.

The bracket wording is not identical across the statutes. Chapters 563 and 564 (beer and wine) read "less than 25,000", "over 25,000 and less than 50,000", "over 50,000 and less than 75,000", "over 75,000 and not over 100,000", "over 100,000". Chapter 565 (liquor) reads "25,000 or less", "over 25,000 and not over 50,000", "over 50,000 and not over 75,000", "over 75,000 and not over 100,000", "over 100,000". A county sitting exactly on 25,000 or 75,000 can land in a different bracket depending on which statute applies.

Beer and wine fees include a 40% surtax, already added into the totals above (Fla. Stat. 563.025, Fla. Stat. 564.025). Liquor licenses carry no surtax. Your city or county may charge its own fees on top, and those vary a lot, so ask your local zoning office. Full detail on what a Florida liquor license costs.
What our price does not cover
- Government fees. Those go straight to the agency, and they are the same whoever prepares your paperwork.
- Filing it. You submit it. We make sure everything's in the envelope.
- Your local approvals. Zoning, Revenue, and health sign-offs are yours to collect. We map exactly who signs what, in what order.
